Two-Day Ly Son Island From Hoi An

Ly Son Island in Quang Ngai Province, is a lovely little island that is a well-kept secret amongst locals, very few foreigners know about it. Also known as Cu Lao Re, this tiny island, which only covers an area of 10 square kilometers is thought to have been created from five extinct volcanoes during the prehistoric age. It’s famed in Vietnam for two quite different things; a unique type of garlic which it grows an abundance of and its stunning natural beauty including mountains, mysterious caves and stunning beaches. It also features many historical and cultural relics including temples and pagodas. The wild and unspoiled beauty of Ly Son Island is further complimented by a slow and peaceful pace of life.
