We'll tour by bike the Rieti Valley trails, with its unique Roman villa, now part of the FAI (Italian Environment Fund) heritage. It was property of the Roman Consul and Senator Quinto Assio and te magnificent panorama from Labro’s Castle overlooking Umbria’s Lake. We'll be most of the time at Rieti Valley biking up and down the hidden trails towards it’s lakes, medieval towns, and very old and beautiful oak trees. However, we can do a different version of this ride, depending on weather and ability of the group. After we finish our valley loop, we'll enjoy the local wine, cheese and hams at my favourite winery.
Great for anyone with a general level of fitness and a keen sense of adventure.
